No nothing's changed, you've misread/misinterpreted something. Our loco's
are maintained by our own staff at Ballarat East (formerly VR/Vline
locomotive depot). Clyde Engineering (or whatever their current trading
name is) are one of many suppliers of parts (not surprising given that
they built the locos).
