Re: Sydney trains stuffed tonight

- Failed up signal at Kingswood at 1600.  IP 30 min late on down at
Kingswood.
- Platform 22/23 at Central was packed at 1720 (informally advised that
trains
    were up to an hour late)
- No down AL trains for at least 20 minutes prior to 1740 (AL stations
    have never looked so busy when that first train after the break passed
through
    with plenty of anxious people detraining at Domestic)
- Three consecutive Macarthur via Sydenham services from Central
    platform 22 (and another MvS advised as ex plat 19 within the same
period)
- The up East Hills line was a continuous stream of trains (at least 8 at
    better than 3 minute headways) around 1800
- Up and down Illawarra services 10-20 min late at 1930.
- However 2003 Syd-Lithgow service was spot on time.
