NSW Another Broken Train Indicator?

On 26/11 I was out gunzelling (first time in a longish time) and I went
through Kingsgrove at one time during the day. I noted a very clean red
targetted S2/8 on the up with East Hills indicators back and front. Is this
one of the sets where the indicators are stuck on the one destination like
T69?

Speaking of T69, it was at sighted at Rosehill on the Carlingford shuttles.
There were some very confused people waiting for trains on both platforms
(all of whom I'm pleased to say got on the right platform) after some help
from me (who said gunzels can't be useful!) During this time, I heard an
interesting comment about Rosehill not having lifts The reply I heard was
based on the Parramatta-Chatswood line being built in the future. I think
that the current Roehill station site would be better for the new
Rosehill-Camellia station (won't that be a toughie for Ms DVA!) than the
current Cameila, especially with pathways etc added.
