The thing is some of the Belgrave/Lilydale trains gets full before it
reach Box Hill. It might be wiser to let some trains express from Box
Hill all the way to Richmond to reduce overcrowd problem.

Usually at Box Hill you have those people(quite a few) who take bus
from Doncaster/Box Hill South/Box Hill North region and transfer at Box
Hill. They of course prefer faster journey to city.

Stopping also slow trains, I think passengers on Belgrave line would
prefer less stop after Ringwood.

As for Camberwell/Glenferrie you can introduce express trains from
Alanmein through to city.( All station between Alanmein and Camberwell
then stop at Glenferrie and Richmond only )
