C16 106 would make sense though, since it was loco number 28 out of
Toowoomba Foundry in 1914. Definitely of historical significance for
Toowoomba. C16 106 was moved from Redbank Workshops - Training Centre to
Ipswich Workshops Development, along with the other steam locomotives that
were in storage at Redbank Workshops, recently.
