That's not the fairest of comparisons.
In Melbourne, trains are considered to be on time if they are no more
than 6 minutes late. In Sydney, it is 3 minutes.
Also, the figures for Sydney appear to be for the peak periods only,
whereas the Melbourne figures are for all trains.
