For at least Monday and Tuesday, the bustitution was abandoned as RSA's
contractors couldn't get to site and the buses couldn't get from Lithgow to
Mount Victoria.  I heard (unconfirmed) that diesel-hauled interurbans ran
through the snow on Sunday night.
