Unlikely: at the moment, ATN is only running on SG where they operate
under ARTC track access: FA's track access and path availability may
be a tad more difficult for them (apart from the cost of BGing their
locos and rollingstock).  That 6.5" protects the core of FA's
operations.

Interesing....Why not paint the loco in ATN Tasrail style rather then
Wisconsin Central color???
