There are two up city circle lines. The Up City Inner runs from Circular Quay
to Central via Wynyard. The Up City Outer runs from Circular Quay to Central
via Museum.

In order from left to right looking towards the city from Central, the tracks
are:
Down Shore (16)
Down City Outer (17)
Up Shore (18)
Up City Inner (19)
Down City Inner (20-21)
Up City Outer (22-23)
