Why not reinstate St James? I am guessing it wouldnt take too much to put it back in, and instead of
terminating trains at Central and in the process blocking the city inner and outer, or if there was a
failure at Circular Quay then trains could be turned back. Mind you if something happens between St
James and Central via Museum this whole plan could be thrown out the window!!
