who's the benefactor? a individual or company?, alot of large public
companies donate money to worthy causes, there could be one or two
around that might benefit by donating some money to this project, (one
instantly springs to mind is trying to push the VFT and other rail track
maintanence contracts ).
I can give contact details and requirements of their community donation
program if you are a ARHS-ACT member.
