Sounds weird to me. Order local parts and send them to Vienna for assembly
and send them back again for service, what a waste of time!!why not just
build them in Preston/Newport workshop/Somerston/Bendigo/Ballarat and order
parts from Vienna??

And I though Adtranz won the contract to build DMUs, is Siemens supplying
some parts to those DMus???
