366-416-373 ran tests today. They carried a simulated full standing load
of passengers (8 tonnes of water containers). The ran AHEAD of time up and
down, stopping all stations. Bayside Trains were very impressed.

Fitout will be at Bendigo. Modifications will include air conditioning,
power doors, new country car seats, draught excluders, cafe bar, 3 phase
power and retention toilets. 4-6 cars will be modified at a cost of $350K
each.

Bayside are keen to boost patronage on the line. There will be a new
express peak service from Baxter to Flinders St, setting down at Frankston
only. I assume this movement will also be for transfers.

Cheers
