On the new airport link if Cityrail doesn't provide 96% on time running
they will have to pay a fine to the company that runs it. That will cost
them heaps as they are no where near that and the way it is set up there
will be delays on the link due to poor design. Why is Green Square a
curved platform and guards have to rely on monitors to watch there train
it all spells delays
