There is another thread on Airport Ticketing in the newsgroup which you can
get more info. Basically the situation is this:

Up unti 1900 21/5 - Special tickets from Ticketek, special services
>From 1900 21/5 - Regular services. Tickets to Airport Line stations only
available from Booking Offices. If office closed and TVM open, they suggest
you buy a ticket to Central or Wolli Creek (depending what is closer) then
get an Airport Acess fee ticket on arival at the Airport Line station.
