You might find, that even though you are authorised to posess a set of 
keys, they are still property of State Rail Authority. Use of them is 
governed most likely by an agreement you signed when obtaining them or 
obtaining employment with SRA. Sale of such property can have serious 
consequences, particularly if it's a safety issue.
