Because Hubert once again ignored convention and today, posted another
message in HTML. From the headers, there is the following:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META content="text/html; charset=big5" http-equiv=Content-Type>
<META content="MSHTML 5.00.2920.0" name=GENERATOR>
Note the "charset=big5" on the 3rd line of the rotten HTML code.
Another reason why HTML shouldn't be used on newsgroups...
(Actually, as a matter of perspective, in another newsgroup, for a little
while a very simple method was used to deter HTML posters... Set the
content-type to text/html then encapsulate the message in the <blink> tag.
This also hurt the innocent people who chose to use non-conventional
readers though).
