SMH reports that only 270,000 PCs (capable of running VB scripts) have been affected.

My guess is, a minimal impact. The virus is basically a .vbs file with a .txt somewhere at the end
to fool the not-so-observant users (and those who don't know what Visual Basic Scripting is!).

Another flaw in Microsoft's ActiveX/Visual Basic ventures being exploited...i'm yet to see a virus
written in Java!
