Here we go again.

The new trams will be standard Combinos from Germany, which are
multi-section low-floor trams. They have a full-width driver's cab like
the Ws, except they do not have a driver's outside door like the Ws, the
driver has to get into the cab via a door from the passenger saloon (as
the Ws also have).

The Combinos I've seen don't have a forward view through the driver's
cab.

I do find it bizarre that some people here have said you can't see out
the front of the Zs, which, like the As and the Bs have a great view out
the front, much better than twisting your head to look out the front of
a W.
