If you want to drive young people away, you DO NOT play the type of music
they like (including alternative music. What is alternative music these days
anyway?). FYI, Westfeidl at Warrawong also had success.

My point (apart from the comparsion between the two articles I reported) was
"has any ausrailer heard the trial in action?"

| Channel 9 News - Sun 30th April (yesterday), reported the trial of
| playing classical music at Parramatta. The idea is not new - it was
| trailed at Kogarah town centre (near Kogarah railway station) some time
| ago - (I think last year) and it had some success in moving young
| people away from the area. In my opinion it is better than playing
| alternate (rock) music...which drives most people away...
