Yes to the A/C power (what is vvvf?)
They are set up in the same for mat as the Tangaras with driving
trailers etc and non driving power cars (N & D).
I have been told that they will still have static inverters but can't
confirm this. The layout is "easier" on the public with less steep
stairs and funky seats.
I am willing to bet that the internal destination boards will be
disconnected with in 10 years.
I just hope that the O/S is not like the mock up and uses win 3.xx!
