You don't have to look too hard for environmentalists who have been pushing
for better rail services - check the submissions to the Neville Committee
report "Tracking Australia", and people like ex Rail 2000 Executive Officer
Mark Carter and former Greenpeace world president Paul Gilding also come to
mind.
