For those who are interested, Bondi Junction has been changed significantly.
The downstairs control room, formerly abandoned, has been upgraded with new
local panels for the 1979 platform indicators.
The local control panel for signalling has been moved from the barrier down to
the platform.
The control room door has had its lock changed, meaning that guards cannot get
access to the local control panel, also means that there is no longer access to
any departmental telephones on the platform level if this room is unattended.
