Independent M.L.C. Mark Nevill has agreed to support the Government's
legislation for the sale of Westrail Freight (according to the A.B.C. news).
This means that the legislation can be passed by the State Parliament.
Locomotives and rolling stock will be sold, while the Government will retain
ownership of the track network.
