If the fares on CityRail's website are to be believed, the station usage fee
for the Airport stations is going to be more than $1.

The normal CityRail fare for 5-10kms is $2.20 a single.  The website shows
$8.50 to Airport from Town Hall.  $1 might be the usage fee to Green Square
and Mascot.
