Heard on the radio yesterday that there was an official ceremony opening the
Latrobe Street bridge and tram extension. New Bourke Street footbridge was
also opened. These both are related to the opening of the new Colonial
Stadium on Thursday next.
Does anyone know details of opening ceremony, and was a tram involved?
Is there a regular tram service on this line from today?
