4486 as well as 4464 and 4473 are privately owned by a company called Lachlan
Alco Loco Group, which was formed back in 1994 by several people involved in
LVR society activities. Currently 4486 is leased to LVR Railfreight division
for use in the Sydney region. 4464 is stored at Yenorra undergoing restoration,
and 4473 also awaiting restoration in Cowra.
LVR's primary activities are running a service from Sandgate (just west of
Newcastle) to Rozelle and Cooks River, and also provide trip train services
from Leightonfield to either Rozelle, Cooks River and Botany. They also provide
crews for various Freight Australia workings in N.S.W.

I hope this helps
