Yes, particularly with stations at Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne airports.
It would reduce congestion at these airports (Sydney is particularly
critical) and would hellp to increase its market share. British Airways is
involved with the consortium building the Channel Tunnel Rail Link in the
United Kingdom, and Virgin operates two UK franchises, both of which compete
with airlines.
