http://www.spamcop.net/ does it all for you - you need to register, but that
is so that they can verify your email address. You merely copy the whole
thing (email or newsgroup post) into the window, and it works out who to
report the spam to. It works out the originating IP's controller, the
controller of all websites mentioned, the works.
