The train arrived into the Melbourne Yard arrivals behind T 374-T 392-T
402-T 400-Y 171 all powering, with the Y class added at Morwell as it was
over the load. 51 wagons for some 2700 tonnes.
The Y class returned to Morwell attached to 9442 goods Wednesday morning.
>From 02.07.00 the log train will/should be powered by an X-T combo, with the
Stratford rail bridge having been upgraded to allow 1st and 2nd series X
classes to run over it, with a restriction that double headed X class locos
can not!
