Mine would have to be both Train Dispatcher 2 (signalling) and Railsim USA
and Deutsch (driving).

The latter is the most realistic one out currently, graphics are low grade
but the physics are spot on.
I'd include Trainmaster 3.2 except it won't run on my computer since I
installed my new PCI sound card :(.
