Compaq is in the process of putting new signage on facilities it
acquired through takeovers/mergers.  The "Tandem" sign facing the
Warringah freeway at North Sydney is slowly being replaced by a
"COMPAQ" sign.. as of last Friday the partially completed replacement
sign read COndem.
