Questions relating to "current" Western WTT.

A couple of questions relating to trains / paths in the "Current" (May, 2000)
Western WTT.

1. There is now this 9821/8922 to Dubbo and Coonamble, via the West -
presumably a Grain train; 8922 ran through here this morning at about 0915.
Does anyone know whether this is some sort of long-term contract obtained by
FreightCorp to transport grain from the Coonamble branch, or simply the
formalisation of a path for them to operate services to/from this areas as
required ??

2. There is now a weekly service operating from Kelso/Bathurst to Broken Hill
(and apparently through to Port August), as well as a LE movement from Parkes to
Bathurst on Friday morning. The up service arrives Bathurst on Friday morning,
with the down leaving on Saturday afternoon. Whilst these are stated as being
"Mandatory", does anyone know if these are actually operating, and all the
details surrounding these services ?? Or are these again simply paths requested
by an operator (the WTT does not mention the name of the operator) in the event
that the planned container/freight terminal is provided in the Bathurst/Kelso
area. There were similar paths in a previous WTT, but then they disappeared.
