carrage that all the 'lowlife' were excluded from.

 She does't mind catching the train. Doesn't mind them being a little late. She does
mind loud drunk people.. (Or any one loud for that matter....)
 Paris until relatively recently used to have 1st class premium fare cars on
the metro didn't they ?
