The infrastructure is already in place. In other words the line from
Hurstville to Strathfield already exists. It goes through Meeks Rd,
Campsie, Enfield, Flemington Goods Jn and then Strathfield. All that's
required is trainstops on the signals through that area that haven't
got them. And then they can run passenger services.
