NSW - Trams/Buses - "Botany Road sidings"

Interesting to note that the site formerly occupied by the Botany Road
sidings, where trams were transferred between the tramway and railway
systems, is now once again in use for street transport purposes - a bus
layover has been built there. (At the intersection of Lee and Regent Sts).

PS Anybody know when and why the part of Botany Road north of somewhere in
Redfern was renamed Regent Street?
