I had a situation identical to yours when I booked the Overland in
September. While I was waiting waiting waiting me thinks gee this is not
good service I hope they're just having a bad day and there so called
fictitious operators are  hopefully all busy, but between us all, I think
they only have one operator anyway.  I'm disappointed to read they haven't
improved.
