It's probably not much in the grand scheme of things.

Even last week when they were arbitrarily cutting power to some suburbs,
they made it clear that trains and trams wouldn't be affected.

On sunny days, trains tend to travel most of their trips with the internal
lights off anyway. They only get turned on when approaching the loop.
