No Carl Scully is waiting for all the stinks associated with the opening
of the Eastern Distibutor and its associated stuff ups to die down
before he makes another public appearance and tells us what a great job
he is doing.  Oh, and also reannounces some 15 previous ten years ahead
commitments.
