[VIC/SA] When will Overland's cutback begin?

 According to "Catch point" the cut back starts from February, the
Monday and Tuesday service in both direction will not be operate.  But
neither Spencer Street nor hompage of GSR had any notice. Tonight the
Overland(1/2) gentaly run through North Melbourne's railfan platform
with BL27 "steellink"+motorail+Baggage car+ 2 sitters+club car+Roomate
sleeper+Twinette sleeper+Powercar
