Speaking of steam trams

I have a SPER  book on the above titled "tramcar handbook part 2", which
mentions one was sold for a timber tramway on the north coast of NSW. (Foster
area, I believe). The book says it is  believed it is still there "hidden in
the bush". Is this bull? Surely someone would have grabbed it by now.
