GST on city rail train Tickets

Hi

I believe the GST will apply on train tickets, Does anybody know how
they are proposing to bring it in? A example of this would be a weekly
ticket purchased just before the GST start date. Does city rail only
charge GST of the days which GST applies?

(It has been reported in the media  "TAI BO" fighting/training/fittiness
videos and face glitter for children is GST exempt as these are classed
as a necessity by the government)
