Thanks guys.  I had a feeling that it was something like that.
I would think that the EYL plates are on Automatics, because they are on the
signals on the down end of Westmead platform.
I have seen another on the exit from the Down Illawarra Dive.
At this stage, have not seen any in places associated with Strathfield Panel,
Blacktown, Penrith, Springwood etc, but please correct me.
