The Gippsland Agribusiness Forum is currently writing a strategy for
agribusiness development in the region.  Part of this is upgrading of
rail facilities to the region.  I have noticed the above topic has been
listed as a strategic element within the Victorian Ports strategy.
Would you please advise if any work (economic analysis or other) has
been done on this by your organisation?
