Given the current failure of the airport link that was privately funded
I doubt they will go ahead with that option.
I am also surprised at the comment about slow turnarounds. Even if they
could turn them quicker I don't think they would increase the number of
services down there anyway.
I think there are deeper reasons for this than time worries.
