Re: "The Electric Railways of Victoria"



Geoffrey B Churchman (from memory) brought out a book on the electric
railways of Australia and New Zealand in the early 90s (can't confirm the
details as my copy is stuck in one of dozens of boxes).

Not as technically valuable as other publications already mentioned, nor
"First Stop Central", but it does include information on Queensland's and
Perth's electric railways as well as those of Victoria & NSW and
everything sparky in NZ.

The only review I recall having read about this book gave it a bit of a
pasting (I think the review even hinted at plagiarism).

I suspect it is the most recent publication nonetheless.
