Yes it is a PID (passenger information display), they are going in at 20
Connex Stations:
Watsonia, Rosanna, Alphington, Fairfield, Lalor, Regent, Jolimont,
Syndal, Darling, Glen Iris, Gardiner, Burnley, East Richmond, Burwood,
Riversdale, Hawthorn, Ferntree Gully, Heathmont and Heatherdale.
