[SA/VIC] Overland and Ghan changes

 Overland and Ghan will now depart from Melbourne one hour later due to
daylight saving. Arrival time remains the same at both sides.

Tonight the Overland arrived 20 minutes late hauled by BL27(steel link)
with:

luggage car+ club car no2+3 coaches+ kookaburra club+ kookaburra club+
roomate+ twinette + twinette + <Ghan> twinette + power car+ motorail.

Unfortunately Club car No 2 has been repaint with sliver and lost the
original Red/orange livery :-(


>From my understanding,Ghan/Indian Pacific sleeper compartments are
slightly better then Overland because of G/IP compartments equip with
water fountain, whereas OL only have sink/tap. OL passengers also do
not recieve toiletries kit.
