I heard about some people who were arrested in NZ and that Police found
a Sydney street directory with the Lucas Heights Nuclear Reactor
highlighted as well as the access roads.
I don't mean to make light of the situation but if I have a map of the
CityRail network with my origin and destination (or my train in the
timetable) highlighted, does it mean I'm a terrorist?
Obviously, there is more to this story than what is reported but get
used to these type of articles etc (and more about traffic restrictions
as well) in the coming weeks.
I live near an Olympic Clearway which no one parks on now so is that
justification for a huge increase in fines? There are lots more
restrictions etc to find out about. What gets me is people that have
live/work near/on an Olympic route and are now acting all surprised
(especially Victoria Road) when the routes could have been worked out
(and in some cases were) years ago.
Eric.
