UNacceptable.
Their contract requires them to continue the full tram network. They
can't just unilaterally shorten routes because it will save them trams.

As for the frequency improvements, though theyre welcome, its not a
trade off. Theyre required by their contracts to up the frequency to 10
minutes, so its not as if they've given something in return for being
allowed to truncate the #48.

And, as usual, despite the passengers charter saying the Director of
Public Transport must consult the PTCCCC, this has not happened. I am
beginning to think the PTCCCC is in serious danger of becoming
redundant.
